Developed over three years, VMS Pro Max combines a completely redesigned user interface with AI-enhanced software and significant technology upgrades to make commercial fleet management faster, smarter and more efficient.
What’s New in VMS Pro Max?
- Transport managers can now access critical tyre and vehicle data directly from the roadside through a redesigned, user-friendly layout.
- Powered by artificial intelligence, the app uploads inspection reports in the background much faster, saving time for drivers and fleet managers.
- Instead of measuring tyre wear by hand, users can now connect specific Bluetooth measuring devices to automatically record tread depths and review tyre performance data.
- The app features an embedded “VAN Driver Guide” – the first integrated guide of its kind in a fleet management app – offering quick tips on tyre care, road safety and legal compliance.
- Fleet managers can filter vehicles by 30, 60 or 90 days to instantly identify and action uninspected vehicles.
Important Action Required for Current Users
To ensure a seamless transition and prevent any data loss during the transition, all current VMS app users must complete the following steps prior to updating to the new version:
- Sync all pending inspections currently saved in the existing app.
- Verify that synchronisation has completed successfully and all data has uploaded to the cloud.
- Update the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store once the new version becomes available.
