David Shaw to Give Keynote Address at Panama Show

There will be plenty of interest to the retreading industry in the conference programme at the forthcoming Latin American & Caribbean Tyre Expo in Panama, not least the keynote address, which will be given by David Shaw, CEO of Tire Industry Research. Shaw, an acknowledged industry expert with over 25 years’ experience of analysing and commenting on the global tyre and rubber industry will be speaking about “The Chinese Tire Industry and Pricing” on June 15th, 2017 at the expo educational conferences.

Other internationally recognised leaders from the tyre industry, who will be speaking on topics of direct relevance to the retreading sector include Heriberto Romero – General Director, Hules Banda S.A. de C.V. who will present on “The importance of renewed associations in Latin America”, Walter J. Weller – Senior Vice President, Double Coin/CMA, LLC who will talk on the subject “Chinese Tires Retreading Myths/Realities” and Jean Alexander Barros - Commercial Coordinator for Mexico and Central America, Vipal Cauchos who will talk about “Efficient Tire Management.”

 

Registration is still open for the Latin Tyre Expo, which will be held at the ATLAPA Convention Center in Panama June 14-16, 2017. The international annual tyre conference is the largest and leading tyre show in Latin America and the Caribbean, attracting thousands of vetted tyre dealers and distributors.
