Lukatec Launch ROI-Tread HS 6011 Cushion Gum Extruder

Lukatec has announced the launch of its latest cushion gum extruder: the ROI-TREAD HS 6011. In addition to the HS 6011 model, the company has also launched the Compact 6007 and Compact 6005 models. By adding these launches to the already established models ROI-TREAD M, 100M, 200M and 300M, Lukatec is now able to offer what it says is the most complete line of cushion extruders in the market.

The modular concept of the ROI-TREAD line allows customers to choose the model that best meets their production needs. There are more than 7 models available, allowing the combination of cushion gum extrusion and building/stitching process in the same equipment. One of the highlights is the 200M model that combines one extruder with two builders/stitchers, providing greater production and significant reduction of non-productive times, positioning this equipment as the most efficient option on the market.
