New Pre-Joined Ring Concept from EIB

Prominent on the stand of Marinha Grande, Portugal based tread rubber manufacturer EIB at the Autopromotec show, was a new project designed to match the advantages of Marangoni’s established Ring Tread concept.

New Development Available from End 2019

According to newly appointed Sales and Marketing Director Bruno Carvalho, the company’s project is actually a pre-joined tread, which creates a ring, offering all the advantages of a Ring Tread at a highly competitive price. The concept has been designed in response to market demand and is aimed to improve resources available, whilst also reducing production waste.

According to EIB the new product, which will be available in a restricted range of patterns, has already completed production tests and stress and stretch tests, and is currently undergoing a road testing programme with a view to market launch towards the end of 2019.
