Araguaiana Dealer Receives Tipler Training

Tipler dealer Pneuaço, who also understands the importance of keeping its team up to date, recently received Tipler at its Araguaína / TO unit for training with its employees. Messrs. Wagner Rizzi, Tipler Technical Consultant and Janderson Alves, Tipler Regional Sales Coordinator, provided technical and commercial training to further qualify the retreader's processes and practices.

The technical course provided the operators with access to the Tipler Retreading Manual (MTR), demonstrating the advantages of a standardised process and the importance of applying it on a day-to-day basis. The unit's sales team was briefed on the Tipler portfolio as well as important insights into best-practice sales techniques.
