EIB Announces Temporary Plant Closure

Based on the Portuguese Government Emergency Declaration and the rapid spread of COVID-19,  tread manufacturer EIB has announceD that it will temporarily close its production from today March 18th until at least April 3rd.

Production Halted Until Early April

"Even though it has been a difficult decision, it was considered, the only way of guaranteeing the well-being of all," said the company in a statement. "We will keep the customer support in teleworking, continue to receive orders, doing administrative work and proceeding with the projects in progress."

The company says it will continue to supply only and exclusively material currently in stock, upon contact and coordination on specific days (Tuesday and Thursday) and with carrier pick up. Outstanding orders and goods receipt will remain on hold.

The company says it will continue to be available by telephone, mobile phone and email.
