NeroForce Launches B2B Online Shop

NeroForce Webshop

In order to meet the modern processes of ordering and purchasing in industrial sectors such as retreading, NeroForce GmbH has launched its new online shop offering a wide range of tools and materials for retreaders as well as tyre repair and rubber companies.

New Web Ordering Platform Introduced

"We are very proud to introduce the NeroForce online ordering platform to our worldwide business partners, because ordering items via the Internet brings a lot of advantages for our customers compared to traditional purchasing", emphasised Andreas Müller, CEO of NeroForce GmbH.

The advantages are obvious: Firstly, customers get the best possible and always up-to-date overview of all available products, which cannot always be guaranteed with printed product catalogues. Secondly, ordering via a website is time-saving and convenient, because products can be searched and found easily, product categories give the products a clear order and product variants can be identified and compared more quickly. An important point here is independence when shopping: in the login area, every customer can find product photos, PDF data sheets, shipping options and of course current prices in addition to his order history. All this goes towards providing more control when purchasing and more transparency for orders placed.

"The procurement of required tools and consumables is increasingly being done online, this is clearly the trend in every industry," confirmed Andreas Müller, "and through Covid-19 we have realised that offering our goods via an online shop can also be very beneficial for us as a company, because personal contacts and thus a possible health risk are reduced to a minimum. Nevertheless, we still maintain close relations with our customers by telephone, e-mail and, if desired, personal visits."

The new NeroForce online shop is now available at www.neroforce.com.
