IRI to Organise Webinar on Trends in Tyre Retreading Technology

Indian Rubber Institute’s (IRI) Rajasthan branch is organising a day-long webinar on ‘Recent Trends in Tyre Retreading Technology’ on 23rd October.

Webinar Set for 23 October

This one-day webinar will cover material technology, process technology, and problems related to technical services and testing of retreaded tyres, with a view to updating the stakeholders on prevailing and future trends in the sector.

Those engaged in the retreading business, entrepreneurs, rubber material manufacturers, retreading equipment producers and rubber technologists in the tyre and non-tyre industries can attend the webinar. The organisers also invite participation from people associated with the retreading, rubber & tyre industry based overseas on payment of USD 25.

About the author

David is the Owner and Publisher of Retreading Business. With over 30 years' experience as a specialist tyre industry journalist, he first entered the tyre industry in 1987 as Editor of Tyres & Accessories. He was Editor of Tyre Trade News between 1993-96 before establishing Retreading Business in 1997. In 2004 he acquired the Malaysian tyre magazine The Tyreman, before establishing Tyre & Rubber Recycling in 2009. In addition to his publishing ventures, he was also Director of the Retread Manufacturers' Association between 2004 and 2014.
