Marangoni Group Acquires LGg Retreading Activities

The Marangoni Group, through its Pneusmarket Srl subsidiary, has announced the acquisition of Sardinian retreader LGg (La Genovese Gomme) and five retail outlets in Sardinia.

Five Retail Stores also Acquired

The retread plant and retail stores, which are located in Sassari, Oristano, Olbia, Macomer and Elmas, will continue to provide the quality of product and service for which they have hitherto been known.

“The acquisition is a positive result for all the parties involved, starting from the continuity of the commercial and industrial activities under the LGg brand,” said the Marangoni Group in a statement.
