Vipal has completed a training programme with GVT Pneus, a member of the Vipal Authorised Network. During the training session, completed on March 10th, employees of the Paranavai/PR based retreader were able to update their knowledge on one of the key topics involving tyre retreading, namely the Choice of Tread Designs.
Training Programme Focused on Various Tyre Elements
The topics presented were: tyre categories, tyre parts, importance in choosing the correct design, behaviour characteristics, application characteristics, design types, design choice criteria, characteristics that influence design choice, excess load, classification of drawings and differentiated lines.
The training was conducted by Andrei da Luz, Fleet Consultant at Vipal Borrachas for 21 employees of the commercial team at the retreader's unit in Paraná, made up of salespeople and managers. Also present were Fernando Rocha, Administrative Director of GVT, Gabrielle Rocha Tinti, Financial Director of GVT, Francisco Moreno Neto, Commercial Director of GVT and Jeferson Vinicio Tinti, General Director of GVT.
GVT Pneus, a member of Vipal Rede Autorizada, is a company specialised in retreading, repairs and final disposal of tires. Founded in 2001, in the city of Paranavaí in the state of Paraná, it has been working for over 20 years in the retreading of agricultural and OTR tyres and is investing in a line of tyres for haulage applications, with the objective of expanding its operations in the market and providing a complete service to its customers.
