VM Rubber Makes Improvement on Website to Facilitate Easier Communication with Customers
As mentioned by Camilla Raffaelli, Sales and Marketing Manager at VM Rubber: “The blog allows us to share our news and experiences with our audience in a more exhaustive way. Since we were already doing an extensive use of Social Media to do that, we figured it was time to expand the content we were sharing and make it easily available to everyone visiting our website.”
The blog includes four posts, topics being the Recircle Awards, the OTR Conference, Autopromotec, and their new catalogue. The project is to exploit this space to communicate updates about products, educational material, and travel experiences.
At the same time, the WhatsApp functionality is opening a new bridge for communication. The pandemic has changed the way we interact with people, and Pablo Versini, the company GM, has experienced a growth in the app use from his customers: "It is easier and quicker than an email.
