100th Edition of Retreading Business Now Online

100th Issue

This year we are celebrating 25 years since Retreading Business was launched, and were now pleased to announce that the 100th edition of the magazine is now available for viewing and download.

New Layout Design Launched

The first thing you will notice is that we have completely redesigned the layout style of the magazine into what we believe is a more modern and accessible style. We hope you like it.

As this is our anniversary issue, we have incorporated a number of key articles reviewing some of the major developments in the retreading industry over the past 25 years. You can, for example read about the process that lead to the establishment of the ECE 108 and 109 retreading standard, the role of new tyre manufacturers in the retreading sector, the turbulent fortunes of the passenger retreading market, and the rise in importance of automation in retreading equipment in order to optimise cost-efficiency.

In addition to this special section the magazine feature an i-depth interviews with Andrea Marconcini, Director, Truck and Bus Replacement at Bridgestone EMIA, and Pedro Espinosa, General Secretary of the Spanish Retreaders Association AER.

There is a feature on the challenges currently facing Malaysian retreaders and a focus on the changes Elgi Rubber is currently making to its marketing strategy in the Indian domestic market.

Of course, the magazine also includes all the news and view from around the word, and last but not least, there is a special supplement detailing all the nominees for the 2022 Recircle Awards.
