Continental Performs Onboarding Integration for Employees at FM Pneus

During March, Continental carried out its first onboarding integration programme at the FM Pneus de Várzea Paulista retread plant.

Pilot Project from Continental

This integration format is a pilot project whose main objective is to integrate new Continental employees to ensure their adaptation to the position and culture of the company.

The industry visit offers new employees technical knowledge of the tyre retreading process together with the technology and quality in the process that FM Pneus offers.

According to the manager of the Unit, Leandro Silva "The process of onboarding in partnership with Continental aims to present to its new employees our routine in the retread plant, showing all the stages of our production process, adding technical knowledge to these professionals".
