Mesnac: High Tech Machinery
The Tyre Resource Cyclic Utilisation Expo 2012 took place between the 6th and 8th May and was organised by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and the China Tyre Retreading, Repairing and Recycling Association, and was held at the Xi’An Qujiang International Conference and Exhibition Center, ShanXi China.
There were over 100 local companies and almost 40 foreign companies from USA, Malaysia, Italy, Germany, England, India and the Netherlands attending the event. The exhibition area was some 4500 sq.m., and the show attracted over 2000 professional visitors from around the world.

Mesnac produces the FLG-22 Autoclave for retreaded tyres. The Autoclave can come with one of three heating methods: electricity, steam and heat transfer oil. Its operation is simple and convenient. The whole line can be finished automatically just by pressing a couple of buttons. The control system is computer managed to achieve automatic control of time, temperature and pressure, and makes records and saves information accordingly. DPC pressure can be adjusted automatically to guarantee tyre quality.
