Autopromotec 2015 Biggest Event to Date
Before Autopromotec, Dobermann was also present at Tyrexpo Asia, where it was hosted at the stand of the Malaysian dealer Liew Koon Marketing, and the North America Tire & Retread Expo in New Orleans, where it exhibited with Tube & Solid Tire of San Antonio, the exclusive distributor for North America.
Both events were a great success, with a lot of visitors and numerous clients from every part of the globe. A great satisfaction for the company,
which is working hard to develop its presence on the international markets: for this purpose the company recently inaugurated a new branch in Panama, which allows the optimisation of logistics and creates the ability to reach any country in the world thanks to its strategic location. VMI AZ Retrax Transforms Retreading

VMI is bringing its vision for automation into retreading as well as initial tyre production, and all new AZ RETRAX machines now have an advanced automated extrusion module, which uses a cushion gum feeding strip as input, plasticising and heating the cushion gum compound till it reaches the right condition. It is then fluid enough to be smeared directly onto the tyre carcass, while being tacky enough to achieve a ver y high adhesive level. VMI AZ RETRAX technology means that precisely the right amount of cushion gum is used, without wastage; skives or holes in the body of the tyre are filled automatically, as part of the

Across the world the use of quality retreads has helped bus and truck operators keep their costs under control while still fully meeting the highest quality standards. The organisers of Autopromotec 2015, which will be held in Bologna, May 20 -24, have confirmed the positive trend registered in the past few months: that there is an increase in exhibiting companies and in buyer delegations from every corner of the world. Autopromotec 2015 figures gathered so far witness a 10 per cent increase in exhibitors over 2013, with a large share of foreign companies taking part.
Thanks to targeted and promotion activities that have been undertaken, Autopromotec has now become a must-see event for the commercial activities of Italian and international exhibitors and visitors alike. In order
to offer the best demand and supply solutions for each country, and to confirm the increasing international orientation of the show, many international exhibitors will be grouped in country pavilions, wide exhibiting spaces hosting leading countries of the international automotive scene, such as Argentina and Brazil. Moreover, an area devoted to Turkish exhibiting companies will be featured for the first time ever, an important project developed in collaboration with OIB – Uludag Automotive Industry Exporters’ Association – that will involve 11 companies and will be hosted in Hall 21.
Dobermann Introduces More Innovations at Autopromotec
Autopromotec has been a recurring event for Dobermann since its
arrival on the European market. It will be present with its exclusive EMEA distributor Dobermann Europe Srl., exhibiting at Stand C 72, Hall 22.
The main topic for Dobermann will be the presentation of its new own line of precured treads. Previously launched last spring in Brazil, these treads are available this year in Europe: the initial range is composed of 16 patterns, suitable to satisfy the main requirements of the market, and Dobermann technicians are already working on new profiles to expand it.
The designs are sub-divided into
four ranges that reflect the various application environments: Highway
Series for motorways and long journeys, Regional Series for medium distances and local transport, Mix Series for quarries and yards and then Urban Series dedicated to public transport.
But this will not be the only news that Dobermann will have in store for its visitors: the company will present new products to complete its line of accessories for retreading, both for precure and mould cure systems. These are the result of the continuous research and development carried out by Covencaucho Industrias, manufacturer of the brand.
