   Oliver Retreads and Michelin Range Offered at New El Paso Facility
Michelin Americas Truck Tires, has announced the opening of the newest Oliver Rubber retread facility, Border Recapping, in El Paso, Texas. Operating under the Border International umbrella of companies, Border Recapping will increase Oliver Rubber's capacity to service the Southwest market with the brand's high-quality retreading and related services. In addition to Oliver retread products, the 32,000 square- foot facility will also offer new commercial-truck tyre sales from the Michelin-family tyre portfolio, including Michelin, BFGoodrich and Uniroyal brands.

said Ralph Dimenna, chief operating officer for Michelin Americas Truck Tires Division. "Both companies highly value innovation, technology and service which are paramount to the customer."
Border International is a full- service truck, trailer, parts, service, body shop and leasing dealership. Border Recapping will employ seven technicians. "Strategically opening Border Recapping next to our Border International dealership will create a one-stop solution for our customers needing new tyres or retreads in addition to the service, parts and equipment we already provide," said Charlie Cogdill, General Manager, Border Recapping. "Creating synergies that benefit our customers is a cornerstone of the Border International philosophy."

   MTNA Celebrates 40 Years of Excellence
Marangoni Tread North America has announced that Froesel Tire in St. Louis, MO is now a member of the Marangoni Tread North America family of independent retreaders and will be offering Marangoni’s signature brand Ringtread to the greater St. Louis area.
Daniel Mitchell owner of Froesel Tire said, “We are truly excited about the opportunity to represent Ringtread because, it is a premium quality, double contoured, Splice-less, American made precured tread that will provide our customers with the best retread experience.”
Froesel Tire was established in 1937 by Daniel Froesel. In 1964, Daniel's oldest son Ron took
over as owner and president. After serving in the Army in Vietnam, Ron's younger brother Gerard joined Froesel Tire as a partner in 1969. In 2007, Daniel Mitchell, a 39-year employee and nephew of Daniel Froesel acquired the company. William Mitchell, son of Daniel Mitchell, is also a minority owner and represents the fourth generation in the Froesel Tire organisation. Froesel Tire services include; commercial new and retread tyres, service and repair, 24/7 expedited road service, fleet inspections, earth mover and mining tyre service, and a complete modern retread plant with a capacity of more than 33,000 retreads per year.
Marangoni Tread North America (MTNA) recently commemorated 40 years of Ringtread excellence with a celebration at the company’s headquarters in Madison, Tennessee.
The very first Ringtread was manufactured on April 27, 1976, in Ferentino, Italy. Since then, the Ringtread has achieved world-wide recognition and fleets around the globe are reaping the benefits of the splice- less, double contoured precured tread.
The American made Ringtread was first manufactured at the Madison, Tennessee facility on
April 27th, 2004. Since then, Marangoni Tread North America has produced and sold millions of rings and as a result has achieved a 5 per cent market share within the North American market.
In a celebration with the Marangoni Tread N.A. employees, CEO and President Bill Sweatman spoke with pride to his team.
