 JK TYRES ACHIEVES COUNTRY REPORT - INDIA  2023 TARGETS FOR NEW RETREAD CENTRES   The retread division of the company achieved the milestone of opening 75 JK Retread Centres (JKRC) by the end of December 2023. The company appointed 13 JKRC in 2023. The 75th JKRC opened in Lanka in the North Eastern State of Assam. “The milestone of 100 was to be achieved by 2023, but the pandemic extended the deadline by a couple of years. We aspire to open 100 JKRC by 2025,” informed Sandeep Jain, Head Retreading Division at JK Tyre. JK embarked on the retread network expansion in 2017 when it launched the JKRC concept.
