As a way of rewarding the performance of its partners during the sales campaign that took place between 2023 and 2024, a period when Vipal Rubber celebrated its fiftieth anniversary, the company brought together, between 9 and 13 April, employees and retreaders who are part of the Vipal Authorised Network on an exclusive trip to Bariloche, in Argentina. The experience was planned to provide moments of integration, recognition and celebration amidst the stunning landscapes of Argentine Patagonia.
Retreaders’ trip for Recognition and Celebration
“It brings us great joy to be here at this event, meeting so many people who have such a beautiful story in the retreading sector. These are highly regarded companies in the segment, and this exchange of information that we have here is very important. This approximation strengthens us as a segment, as a group and as a company. I am very grateful to Vipal for being here and for being part of this family,” highlighted André Gustavo Ost, from Ost Renovadora De Pneus, in Feliz/RS.
Representatives of retreaders from the five regions of Brazil enjoyed the experience. Representatives from the Northeast region were present from the Dafonte Pneus units of Arapiraca/AL, Jaboatão dos Guararapes/PE, and Campina Grande/PB. From the North and Midwest regions, the retreaders present were Amazônia Pneus from Rio Branco/AC; Pneu Forte from Anápolis/GO; and Total Pneus from Redenção/PA. From the Southeast, there were Recapagem Santa Helena, from Sete Lagoas/MG; Recaleo, from Leopoldina/MG; NSA Pneutec, from Guarulhos/SP; Simétrica, from Itapetininga/SP; and União/Unimak, from Rio das Pedras/SP. Finally, representatives from the South region were present, including FM Pneus from Maravilha/SC; ATZ Pneus from Cambé/PR; and Ost from Feliz/RS.
The agenda included group activities and free periods so that the attendees could explore other parts of the city. The first day began with the famous Circuito Chico, with a panoramic view from the Cerro Campanario cable car.
Throughout the days, participants enjoyed authentic gastronomic experiences, with lunches and dinners at renowned local restaurants such as Kunstmann, Madurado, El Mallin, Familia Weiss and Cervecería Patagonia, where they could watch a beautiful sunset overlooking the Andean mountains and lakes.
Eduardo Maldaner, from FM Pneus in Maravilha/SC, told that “the campaign was excellent, because it included all sizes and types of retreaders, so it was very fair and interesting. And the trip has been wonderful. Bariloche is spectacular. It’s an opportunity for us to interact with colleagues, exchange ideas, do a lot of networking, learn and listen to suggestions that we can also take to our business, so this is a very important moment. We are grateful for this opportunity that Vipal has provided us.”
Among the highlights of the trip were the boat trip across Lake Nahuel Huapi with a visit to Isla Victoria and Bosque de Arrayanes, with full on-board service, and the visit to Estancia Tom Wesley. There, the participants experienced the Patagonian rural lifestyle, with a typical lunch, a gin workshop, a tour of the craft brewery, contact with local animals and a presentation of tango and Argentinean folklore.
“This type of campaign with Vipal is very important, because it encourages partners in the Authorised Network to have a better relationship, to motivate themselves to meet their goals and, thus, be able to enjoy such pleasant moments as this one,” highlighted Giulio Cesar Claro, from NSA Pneutec in Guarulhos/SP.
In addition to the retreaders, the trip was attended by Ivanir Canevese, Leandro Paim, Rudimar Marcon, Tales Pinheiro, Marcos Paim, Maicon Calvi and Diego Antonietti, representatives from the Vipal team.
More than a celebration, the trip reinforced the great relationship between the company and its partners. “We are very happy with the results and customer engagement in this sales campaign.
