Czech Style Vipal Collaboration

Represented by Michal Baxa from Vipal EMEA’s Commercial Department, the company exhibited a range of tyre retreading solutions for urban, regional, and long-haul transport applications. The event provided an opportunity for Vipal and Czech Style to engage with transport operators, fleet managers, purchasing professionals, and other stakeholders from the truck and bus sector.

The exhibition also highlighted a partnership spanning more than 15 years between Vipal and Czech Style, which serves as the Brazilian manufacturer’s importer in the Czech Republic. According to the companies, the collaboration has helped transport operators access retreading solutions aimed at reducing operating costs while maintaining safety, performance, and compliance with technical standards.

“Our presence in the EMEA region has been built on strong, long-term partnerships. Czech Style is an example of this strategy, which combines technology, technical support, and close customer relationships to drive the development of tyre retreading in the Czech Republic,” said Fabrício Nedeff, Commercial Manager for Vipal EMEA. “We will continue investing in supporting our local customers and further strengthening Vipal’s presence in this market.”

Petr Hink, Managing Director of Czech Style, added: “Transport Show Brno was an excellent opportunity to demonstrate how the partnership between Czech Style and Vipal creates value for fleets. For more than 15 years, we have worked together to provide reliable, efficient solutions tailored to the needs of the market.”

During the exhibition, Vipal showcased several tread patterns designed for different operating conditions, including the VDA4 for regional applications, the VZU3 for urban operations, and the VT110 for long-haul and international transport.

The company also highlighted the role of high-quality tyre casings combined with Vipal retreading materials in extending tyre life. According to Vipal, bus tyres in size 275/70R22.5 can, under suitable operating and maintenance conditions, undergo a second retread, with a third retread also possible in some cases.
