Vulcaflex exhibited at Exposibram 2026, the Brazilian Mining Expo & Congress, held from 24 to 27 August in Belo Horizonte (MG, Brazil). Organised annually by IBRAM, the event is recognised as Latin America’s largest mining experience hub, bringing together the sector’s leading institutions, companies, and specialists to focus on innovation, sustainability, and business generation.

Participation reinforces Vulcaflex’s presence in the mining segment through its Industrial Line, which brings together solutions for conveyor belt splicing and repair, drum lining, and industrial equipment protection. These products and services extend asset service life and reduce maintenance downtime, meeting the technical demands of the most rigorous engineering areas in mining.
For Vulcaflex, participation was highly productive. Their booth was busy throughout the fair, welcoming customers, suppliers and partners. It is events like this, with days of intense networking, new connections, and strengthened relationships, that help drive the company’s growth.
Vulcaflex presented its Industrial Line solutions, highlighting three products:
- Orangeflex 365: an innovative low-viscosity solution for restoring industrial surfaces in a practical and efficient way. With a hardness of 65 Shore A, it enables crack-free repair, with greater flexibility and service life. Its orange colour makes the repaired area easy to identify even in low light, and its quick application helps reduce equipment downtime.
- Gripflex ID: online monitoring technology for conveyor systems. With 24/7 tracking and prediction of plate service life, it delivers greater safety, reliability and availability, enabling maintenance at the right time and eliminating the need to send teams to hard-to-reach locations.
- OTR Line: a tyre repair system based on steel cable replacement, using Regigant / Vulcan Vulcap technology. The solution recovers tyres previously considered unserviceable, generating significant savings, longer tyre service life and important environmental benefits — a strategic advantage for mining.
Vulcaflex Service, a Vulcaflex Group company, was also present, presenting its technical engineering services: conveyor belt repairs and splicing (cold and hot), drum lining, maintenance contracts, predictive inspection and failure analysis, and training, focused on greater equipment reliability and availability.
