Vipal Rubber was present for the celebration of 75 years of Vaculug, one of the most traditional and important tyre retreading companies in Europe. The event was held at the facilities of the Westminster Palace, in London, welcoming strategic partners, employees and special guests for a night that also featured a performance from the Oxford University Choir.

The company’s presence reinforces its commitment to strengthening ties with long-term partners and highlighting its global operation. Vipal was represented by Frederico Schmidt, General Manager for Vipal in Europe; Gilson Dugno, International Business Manager; Felipe Henzel, Commercial Director for the External Market and Motorcycles, alongside Vaculug’s Executive Chairman, Haarjeev Singh Kandhari.
For 20 years, the relationship between Vipal and Vaculug has been defined by a successful collaboration, based on trust, quality and shared innovation. Vaculug is currently one of Vipal’s main clients in Europe in volume of consumption of rubber compounds and precured treads used in the retreading process.
Headquartered in Grantham, district of Lincolnshire, England, Vaculug is acknowledged as the largest independent tyre retreader in Europe. Founded in 1950, it has over 170 employees and operates in the segments of hot retreading, cold retreading and OTR (off-the-road).
