TECH Launches Rope Rubber Spool Mount System

TECH Tire Repairs, a wholly owned company of Technical Rubber Company (TRC), has launched a system designed to eliminate many of the pain points and challenges tyre technicians experience when repairing tyres using rope rubber and an extruder gun.

New System Makes Tyre Repair Easier

TECH’s Mobile Spool Mount allows the rope rubber spool to rotate freely which dispenses the rope rubber smooth and tangle-free into the extruder gun. The system also includes a universal mounting bracket that installs on any two-wheel hand cart. This allows the entire system to be moved from station to station, or back into cold storage.
 
“We heard from our retread shops that they needed a better rope rubber dispenser system,” said Tim BeVier, TECH’s National Account Business Manager in the USA. “We noticed technicians struggling with the old bucket and box fed rubber. Those systems were extremely prone to tangling and causing a lot of headaches.”
 
“Shops were having a hard time keeping their rope rubber clean and up off the floor,” said Shashank Agarwal, TECH’s Senior Product Manager. “We designed our spool mount system with a dust guard to keep the rubber clean and free of contaminants.”
