Effective 1 March 2026, Francesco Landolfo has assumed the role of Business Unit Director Commercial CER for the Central Europe region, covering Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. He succeeds Christoph Frost, who led the commercial business in Central Europe for eight years and helped implement the company’s premium strategy in the region.
New Director Retreading for Bridgestone EMEA
On the same date, Frost transitioned to the role of Director Retread Business, Bridgestone EMEA. In this capacity, he takes responsibility for the Bandag retreading business across Europe.
Since joining Bridgestone Europe NV/SA in 2018, Landolfo served as Head of OEM After Sales & Pan-European Key Accounts, where he worked to strengthen strategic partnerships with major European customers. In his new position, Landolfo will focus on developing efficient and sustainable solutions for partners and fleet customers.
Waqqas Ahmad, Vice President Commercial Europe, stated that the appointments of Landolfo and Frost are significant for the continuation and expansion of the company’s premium strategy within both Central Europe and the Bandag retreading business. Ahmad noted that both individuals possess the experience and vision required to further develop customer relationships and reinforce the company’s market positioning.
