Renovadora Aki Gains INMETRO Registration
The Moreflex accredited retreader in Mossoró / RN, Renovadora Aki Pneus, which focuses on the truck tyre retread sector, has recently gained INMETRO certification 002600/2015.
The owner, Brunno Nogueira Fernandes says: "This is an
achievement that recognises our management and our production quality, and with this certification we can move to develop a bigger and stronger business in partnership with Moreflex.”

Vipal Awards Winners of Ecopremium Challenge in Southeast Brazil
The Ecopremium Challenge is an initiative promoted by Vipal which aims to reward its partners who are the most committed to excellence and to the Vipal Authorised Network standards in administrative, commercial, technical as well as environmental responsibility sectors.
Each region of Brazil had its winners who took a number of
awards offered by the Brazilian leader in retreading, among them, a visit to Autopromotec 2015, which took place in Bologna, Italy.
Vipal is constantly promoting action aimed at improving the qualification of its partners and the segment in which it operates. Therefore, it is proud to congratulate the company NSA Pneutec of Santana de Parnaíba (SP), Mega Pneus of
Serra (ES), Ser Pneus of Porto Feliz (SP), Viação Redentor in Rio de Janeiro (RJ) and the Universe Pneus, Jaci (SP), who were the big winners in the Southeast.
Morgan Express, headquartered in Mexico City, has recently demonstrated the reduction in costs achieved by changing the retread operations for their fleet tyres to Vipal.
Morgan has over 40 years of experience in the logistics market and has units in five Mexican cities (Guadalajara, Monterrey, Nuevo Laredo and Veracruz). The company, which has a fleet of about 150 vehicles, in 2014 retreaded more than 800 truck tyres using the treads VEL B and V167 B from Vipal. The intention of Morgan was to reduce costs while maintaining performance and security. "By using Vipal products we have reached our goals, reducing costs and maintaining high quality standards," says the Managing Director of Morgan,
on the tyres.
Moreover, the retreaders chosen have also a decisive role to play in the process. Morgan used the services of Vitalizadora Guzman, of Aguascalientes, and Renovadora Mestizo, of Mexico City. Both are part of the Vipal Authorised Network, the largest in Latin America with 300 retreading members, with 225 of them in Brazil. As part of theVipal Network, the two companies were able to offer a standardised service, and as a consequence, an end product marked by quality and excellence.
For Vipal, it is important to increasingly develop examples such as Morgan. "We are always looking for different ways to spread more and more knowledge about retreading,"
