MARANGONI has implemented a comprehensive restructuring within the Direct Business Unit for TBR and OTR in Italy. With this realignment, the company aims to define responsibilities more clearly, optimise internal processes, and further strengthen collaboration between sales and technical support.
Driving Collaboration
As part of this change, after several years at MARANGONI, Francesco Capurso takes on the role of Sales Director for the Italy Direct Business Unit, while Fabrizio Finotti will be responsible for the Technical Support division. Regional sales management remains with Costantino Mautone for the South and with Alberto Ciampini for the North, who assumes this role in a new position.
The RTC unit will continue to be supported by an expanded team that includes both experienced employees and new colleagues. In addition to Nicola Giovanelli, Marco Forti, Alessandro Gerelli, Stefano Franceschetti, Marco Franza, Danilo Meinero, Stefano D’Amico, and Sergio Zanella, the organisation will also be strengthened by new team members: Alessandro Solari, Riccardo Trianni, Christian Bonato, and Salvatore Mangano.
With this structural development, MARANGONI creates a clear direction within the business unit and strategically strengthens both operational performance and internal team connectivity.
