VM Rubber Launches a New Catalogue

–

After two years, VM Rubber is releasing a new Tire Retreading and Service catalogue. The book will be officially presented at The Tire Cologne in June, but it is already available for download on the company website.

Improved Range from VM Rubber

We spoke with Camilla Raffaelli, VMR Sales and Marketing Manager, to find out what’s new. “We shape our offer by listening to our customers’ requests. This has been our strategy from the very beginning. I believe the 2026 Catalogue reflects this clearly, as we have added, combined, and optimised our product portfolio.”

Starting with core products, the extruder gun line has been refined. All three Bosch-driven models remain in the catalogue, VMR, Mini, and OTR, with targeted adjustments to better meet specific market needs. A notable example is the two electric extruders for OTR tyres, available in 1.150W and 1.700W.

QR codes have been added throughout, giving readers direct access to tutorial videos on extruder repair, extruder cleaning, and the solid tyre press. A dedicated chart now illustrates which tools each adapter is compatible with. The rubber pad offering has also been expanded, with particular attention to EV vehicles and trolley jacks.

Bead breakers represent another area of focus. The full range is now featured in the catalogue. Several models were introduced at Autopromotec last year and will also be on display at TTC. The line has been engineered to deliver high-performance tools, each designed for a specific application, helping users to narrow down their selection with confidence.

Last year, VM Rubber published a dedicated brochure for OTR tyre tools. Those products are now integrated into the new catalogue, with some additions: two battery-operated jacks now complement the standard air hydraulic range.

New collaborations. New product engineering. New pages.

Raffaelli concluded: “Visitors can come and see us at The Tire Cologne in June to collect a copy of the new catalogue and sit down with us to explore all the ideas we have brought to life over the past two years.”

The company will be exhibiting in Hall 7, Stand B045.
