Italmatic Invests in Ramel Srl

Italmatic has announced the acquisition of 50% of the shares of the company Ramel Srl, based in Capannori (Lucca) Italy.

Ramel SRL operates from a covered surface of approx. 1500 sq.m. with 30 employees skilled in the areas of pneumatic and electric boards, electric and pneumatic machine board installations with a high know-how of Atex and UL-CSA rules, MT and BT installations, special installations (data, TVCC, smoke detection, intrusion detection, etc.), automation systems, and photovoltaic installations with accumulation at high performance.

The close cooperation with the software house Gigapiù Srl, already part of Italmatic Group, allows the production of complete systems and the abiity to respond to any specific requests from customers.

The CEO of Italmatic Dr Massimo Ghitturi commented; “By this important acquisition, the investments in the verticalisation of the production cycle of the Group are completed. In fact, today, Italmatic Group includes departments skilled in the production of machine frames and three complete sites for the production of plants for the rubber, composites and glass industries, as well as the companies Gigapiù and Ramel, which are able to produce entire control systems of computerised and robotised machineries of modern technology (hardware & software), assuring a high level of aftersales service.

Our group can design, produce and install plants completely autonomously, without having to depend on external sources in the aim to constantly develop the technological level and quality of its own production. In future, only technologically advanced companies will survive,” he added.
