Zanella Pneus Happy with Ringtread

The ATC, which covers approximately 400 square metres, has equipment and consumables provided by partners such as Rema Tip Top and Ferlex and covers all of the processes the retreaders use, from initial inspection to final inspection, providing the very best available to the market in its training

Zanella Pneus embraces the Marangoni brand
MIMO Fleet, a client of authorised Marangoni retreader, Zanella, based in Trombudo Central in Santa Catarina State, Brazil, is delighted with the partnership’s products. MIMO carried out comparisons of the Marangoni products and the results were very satisfactory.
Using a Ringtread RD2 on 295/80R22 tyres, on a Scania R 420/LS vehicle - which makes the trip from South to Northeast - reached the 140,000 KM. "I am very pleased with these results, which are the fruit of using Marangoni products and of course the partnership with Zanella tyres, and Maristela Zanella, owner of Zanella Pneus. The Ringtread System has no seams and provides perfect alignment and distribution of rubber on the tyre, resulting in even wear and mileage. The MIMO Fleet started its activities in May 18, 1991, acting in the fuel
supply segment. In 2000 it also began working in the field of transport. The partnership with the Zanella Tyres in Rio do Sul - SC has existed since 2008. "We chose Zanella because they use high technology products from Marangoni retreading that give us quality, durability and of course safety," says Moacir.
Since August 2008 Zanella Tyres has partnered with Marangoni, because it believes that retreading instead of buying a new tyre makes perfect economic sense. A retreaded tyre costs about 30 per cent of the price of a new tyre. Another advantage is the ability to extend the life of a tyre and also decrease waste. The same tyre, depending on its condition may be retreaded up to three or four times.
Zanella Pneus is the oldest retreader in Rio do Sul and has been focusing on the modernisation of its services.
